This SUMMER HARE Sewing Kit is part of a collection of new animal designs; Winter Hare, Summer Hare, Moongazing Hare, and Mr Fox. It combines some luscious fabrics from Abigail’s collection of hand dyed fabrics, cottons and organza. She has used a bright green colour palette to create this summery landscape, with a beautiful piece of wool tweed for the running hare . It’s a really clever and effective design, and we hope that you’ll have fun making up the kit. Put your own twist on it it, add your own style and embellishments too!

This can be sewn in a variety of ways; by hand, straight stitch machine, or free motion machine embroidery.

The kit includes all of the fabrics that you will need, a pattern sheet, an instruction sheet. You will need scissors, cotton threads, pins and possibly fabric/ paper glue and a fabric pen

All of the METTLER Variegated Threads that Abigail mentions in this kit are NOT included, but are from a special selection that are available from her website. She would recommend colours;
